INSTRUCTIONS
WolfSOS Normal Setup
1. Open the case, turn the POWER Switch to ON, latch the case closed
2. Position the WolfSOS under a clear sky
3. Turn the Key-Lock Switch ON
4. Wait about 2 minutes and connect to Starlink WiFi on your device
5. "Align" WolfSOS with Starlink App on your device
6. Enjoy uninterrupted WiFi and Internet
WolfSOS Setup with Reactivation
1. Open the case, turn the POWER Switch to ON, latch the case closed
2. Position the WolfSOS under a clear sky
3. Turn the Key-Lock Switch ON
4. Wait about 2 minutes and connect to Starlink WiFi on your device
5. "Align" WolfSOS with Starlink App on your device
6. Click on Account (person in upper right corner)
7. Scroll to bottom & select “Manage Subscription”
8. Scroll to bottom and slide “Un-pause Service”
9. You will be billed $50 on your CC for 50GB
10. Enjoy uninterrupted WiFi and Internet
FIRST Time WolfSOS Setup
Install StarLink Antenna if not already installed.
1. Go to https://www.starlink.com/activate
2. Enter the Kit No. or Serial Number
3. Click on “New Account” or “Existing Account” if you already have an account.
4. Follow prompted setup steps under Starlink Mini
120V AC CHARGING
Open Case and turn the Power Switch ON
Set CHARGE Switch (on side of case) to 120V AC
Plug the power cord into a home outlet and the 120V AC input on the WolfSOS case. Charging is complete when the small indicator light left of the AC power connector is a solid green. A red light indicates charging is in progress. A flashing green light indicates standby - no charging (check switch settings).
SOLAR CHARGING
Open Case and turn the Power Switch ON
Set CHARGE Switch (on side of case) to SOLAR
Plug the solar charge cable into the SOLAR input on the WolfSOS case. Make sure the solar charging does not exceed 10A and 14.6Volts (check by monitoring the Victron App). Solar charging has no indicator lights during and when charging is complete. Monitor the Victron App. Charging is complete when the current drops to 0 Amps.
NOTE: No problem using WolfSOS while Solar charging is in progress!
CAR CHARGING (Use only WolfSOS approved Travel Kit)
Open Case and turn the Power Switch ON
Set CHARGE Switch (on side of case) to 120V AC
Plug DC Inverter into a Cigarette Lighter receptacle on the car. Put the DC Inverter ON/OFF switch to OFF.
Make sure your car engine is running, or it will drain your car battery.
Plug the power cord into the DC Inverter and the 120V AC input on the WolfSOS case. Turn the DC Inverter ON.
Turn the DC Inverter OFF when you turn the engine off.
Charging is complete when the small indicator light left of the AC power connector is a solid green. A red light indicates charging is in progress. A flashing green light indicates standby - no charging (check switch settings).
NOTE: No problem using WolfSOS in Travel Mode while charging is in progress!
STORAGE - AFTER CHARGING
Remove the AC or SOLAR charging cables
Open the case and return the POWER Switch to OFF.
Store the WolfSOS with the handle up in a dry area
Try to store the WolfSOS with a full charge.
Do NOT store unit with the POWER Switch ON!
Please charge the batteries at least once every year.
LiFePO4 batteries typically self-discharge at a rate of 2-3% per month, it would take approximately 16-25 months to discharge 50% due to parasitic discharge alone. This assumes no external loads (POWER Switch OFF) and stable storage conditions.
STARLINK DEACTIVATION
1. Open the case and turn the POWER Switch to ON
2. Position the WolfSOS under a clear sky
3. Turn the Key-Lock Switch ON
4. Wait about 2 minutes and connect to Starlink WiFi on your device
5. "Align" WolfSOS with Starlink App on your device
6. Click on Account (person in upper right corner)
7. Scroll to bottom & select “Manage Subscription”
8. Scroll to bottom and slide “Pause Service”
9. Your service will stop at the end of paid-for period
10. You will not be charged anything while Paused
11. To Reactivate follow “Setup with Reactivation”
VictronConnect Setup
1. Install the App for VictronConnect on your device (phone, tablet, etc.)
2. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on
3. Use VictronConnect App to pair Victron device
4. Use the Victron Bluetooth pin for your WolfSOS
(open lid of WolfSOS and look for label with pin number)
5. Monitor the WolfSOS battery pack at any time
6. Repeat 1-4 only with a new device
NOTE: The KeyLock does NOT have to be turned on to monitor the battery pack.
POWER MANAGEMENT
The WolfSOS has 15 continuous hours of power.
For each hour of use, the SOC will diminish by 10% (SOC – State of Charge on Victron App*)
At 0% SOC you have 5 hours of power left (30% reserve)
Power can be extended with some prudent usage
(Turn the Key-Switch OFF during nonuse)

FACTORY RESET (To reset password)
1. Connect to your Starlink WiFi Network
2. Open the Starlink App.
3. Tap on Settings > Router
4. Select Factory Reset
5. Drag the slider to confirm the reset of your Starlink router
6. AFTER FACTORY RESET
7. Connect to your Starlink WiFi Network
8. Open the Starlink App
9. Go to Settings
10. Under Router Configuration select the Wifi Network you wish to change
11. Adjust the WiFi Network name and/or password then click “Save”. Your password will not be shown again!
