WolfSOS is a rugged, self-contained power solution designed for the Starlink® Mini for reliable, go-anywhere internet. It features internal batteries to provide power in remote, off-grid locations.

Starlink® is a global satellite internet provider.

Starlink® enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high rate activities that historically have not been possible with satellite internet.

Starlink® is ideally suited for areas where connectivity has been unreliable, completely unavailable and especially during natural or man-made disasters when power and normal cell connectivity is interrupted.

The WolfSOS comes in two versions.  WolfSOS-15 provides up to 15 hours of continuous run time.  WolfSOS-30 provides up to 30 hours of continuous run time.

The WolfSOS can be turned ON or OFF with ease which can extend usage to many days or weeks on one battery charge.

The WolfSOS can be charged using the provided AC Cord, an optional WolfSOS Travel Kit for cars, or by an optional solar panel such as our WolfSOS Solar, which allows you to maintain off-grid internet access indefinitely, as long as there’s sunlight.  You must use only approved charging equipment and methods.

Yes, the WolfSOS can power additional devices through its USB outlets, allowing you to charge laptops, phones, and other devices.

The WolfSOS fits the Starlink ® Roam Mini dish exclusively.

Starlink services can be paused indefinitely  at any time without any additional costs.  Pausing and Reactivating services are simple operations explained in our Instructions.  The initial activation is $50 for 50GB of data per month.

Typical monthly costs during activation are $10 or $50 for 10GB or 50GB of data per month respectively.  Bandwidth is usually about 100Mbps Download and 20Mbps upload.  In less technical terms that means you can watch 10 full length movies without any interruptions while roaming the Internet and making phone calls every month for the $50 fee - Starlink communication is FAST and RELIABLE with Countrywide Coverage, In-motion Use and Coastal Coverage.

Anyone within a 300 foot radius of the WolfSOS Case can link into the Internet with your permission.  There are many products available that will extend the range to thousands of feet.

Starlink® service is not included with the WolfSOS. The Starlink® Mini dish is generally provided with your purchase, but you must activate Starlink service separately for internet access.The activation process is simple and can generally be completed within a few minutes.

FAA rules limit Lithium ion (rechargeable) batteries to a rating of 160-Watt hours (Wh) per battery. To achieve run times of up to 30 hours, WolfSOS has a rating greater than 160Wh and cannot be brought onto a commercial flight, either as a carry-on or checked baggage. WolfSOS can be shipped by ground transport with UPS.

We also offer WolfSOS Lite which can be carried onto a commercial flight.

We also offer the Travel Kit which again can be carried onto a commercial flight.

The built in BMS (Battery Management System) automatically avoids over-charging of the batteries, but once fully charged (State of Charge is >95%) and not in use, it is recommended to disconnect your WolfSOS from the charger or switch the Power Switch to OFF.  Please use the Vectron Bluetooth App or LED indicator lights to monitor the State of Charge.

WHO CAN YOU CALL when first responders are not accessible? WolfSOS has a propriety solution to this problem!

• WolfSOS maintains a Nation Wide Emergency Response Communication (ERC) Database that is available to any Starlink Subscriber and is organized by Zip Code.
• You can call nearby Starlink Subscribers in time of need when first responders are not accessible.
• Data security is maintained through heavy encryption and issuing access to only nearby (similar zip code) Starlink Subscribers.
• Access to the Database is only granted during local or national emergency situations.
• Limiting access to the database only during actual emergencies will avoid unauthorized use of your personal information (Your First Name, Phone No., and Zip Code are the only data stored in our database).

There are only a few user-serviceable items on the WolfSOS product.  Please contact us with any concerns or problems related to your WolfSOS through our Contact page. Removing the aluminum cover plate will void all warranties and guarantees. Please do not remove the cover plate.
